Payment

To ensure uninterrupted access to your SmVend personal account, please make sure your subscription payments are made on time.

For your convenience, all payments are handled through Stripe, a secure payment system that allows you to link a card and manage your monthly billing automatically.

How to add a payment method

  1. Go to the Payment section in your SmVend account.

  1. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe page. Click on the Add payment method button.

  1. Choose your preferred option:

  • Enter your card details manually

  • Use Revolut Pay

  • Use Google Pay

Once added successfully, your payment method will appear on the Payment page.

Billing details & invoices

In the Billing and Shipping Information section, fill in your up-to-date billing details. These will be used to generate your invoices.

In the Invoice History section, you can view all issued invoices and their statuses.

How to download an invoice

  1. Click on the relevant invoice in the Invoice History list

  2. Select Download invoice or Download receipt
